Based at NPL Sports Club, ZEN Training is a local company dedicated to helping clients make a lasting difference to their health and fitness. Our professional staff combine deep personal training expertise with wider skills including Pilates, nutrition and physiotherapy.
Perfectly-placed to help
Our range of skills is supplemented by a personal training studio, fully equipped with squat racks, cable machines, benches, ranges of kettle bells, dumb bells, trx’s, viprs and ranges of slamball.
We run 1-2-1 and small group training in the studio while our location at the NPL Sports Club means we also have ample space for outdoor bootcamps, providing an inspirational setting for clients to reach their personal fitness goals.

- 28 day Kickstart challenge designed to help you lose weight and build up your strength within a supportive, friendly group
- 12 week programme offering a more intensive challenge for individuals, looking to push their fitness to new levels
